“A Virtual Tour Around the World of Human Rights” WiSe 2025/26

This year’s Human Rights Talks will be a virtual world tour of human rights related NGOs in the style of “Around the World in 80 Days”. Non-governmental organisations (NGOs) working in the field of human rights are independent, non-profit entities that operate at local, national, or international levels with the primary aim of promoting, protecting, and advancing human rights. They engage in activities such as monitoring and reporting abuses, advocating for legal and policy reforms, raising public awareness, providing support and protection to victims, and fostering compliance with international human rights standards.
